WALLEYE OPENING WEEKEND

Its Opening day of walleye season!!!!!!!
Unfortunately I cant make it to the water this weekend! We have opening day of little league today,  my daughter has dance recital this afternoon and tomorrow we have a baseball game and a soccer game...
Soooo... let's hear about your results
Good luck to all!!! I know gogetm is on onieda and frankibags was planning on Erie for perch(but probably finding some eyes too)

There is a contest today but I don't think many people are able to get onto the lake. None of the launches are open yet. The lake has been very high this Spring....h2l

Unfortunately I didn’t bump into any walleye, but I did manage to pull some quality perch off the bottom.

I’ve never caught got perch from Oneida that were grubby

yeah but  lake erie is a great lake  Oneida is a  small in land  lake  .... then again  eries  walleyes  don't match ontarios  either  Oneidas  walleyes  taste  better then  both and has  less chemicals in them

no way onieda walleyes taste better, i eat alot of them and so do my friends and family, and as far as less chemicals ,nope ,thats your opinion , lake front propertys with lawns and farm fields along onieda have pestisides ,fertilizers and weed killers spread on them and where does that stuff go when it rains? understand erie may have contaminents but washes through much much faster,this is my opinion ,there is no better tasting walleye in this state than erie"s
