Nice Laker Reeleyz! :clapping:

I snuck out this evening with my son. We trolled at first and caught a short. Then moved to a different spot and found some biters. I jigged up 3 keepers, a short, and a perch.

Nice to see you Cheeks!

Nice lookin cooler Choo choo, the bugs were brutal wern't they.....
Thanks dd and guy's.... Them darn bugs -- it was a midge hatch from hell!

We Tried again Tuesday morning and fished 7 to 9 before quitting early due to lack of bites and had to deal with a trailer bearing . Bright sun, dead calm and No eyes caught, only a sheepshead and a goby. Saw some monster carp and a few sheepies cruising around, that was about it.

Good job finding some biters reeleyez

Is it August already? The lake is unforgiving! More than a few times after getting set up a walleye would bite. My thoughts would go to...this is the turning point and I will catch more than one or two. Then four hours later I figured I caught the only fish that wears a helmet and plays with crayons. The ones I have caught are healthy and fat so they must have the feed bag on all nite and sleep all day?

You hit the nail on the head skunked!!!! It certainly does seem like we skipped from ice fishing to late summer. Not just Oneida either, Delta and Ontario both treated me the same as Oneida  :'( :'(  Things HAVE to get better, right?!?!
