Still ice but you will find some open water. If there is any ice present you cant use a boat. Don't forget you DEP Access Permit!

I called Loyde today at Hornbecks bait shop in Deposite ny.
He said 80% of Cannonsville is still ice covered.
I was heading out there saturday to throw some spoons.
Loyde is a great guy.
He said he will csll me friday with a report.
