Got out with a couple of buds big Jim and the snag for some jigging till about 11:00 , my first time on the water this year , nice and calm to start out then out of nowhere it got pretty lumpy , we ended up getting our limit, 6 of the 9 were 19 1/4-21 1/2", fished 17-40', the dec stopped us as we were docking, checked us out , sorry forgot his name , he's new to the area , very professional and polite , he chatted with us for a bit and then went about his business , nice to see them out keeping people honest

good job Freddy........not much fishing here either......did fish a couple days 2 weeks ago and found a nice school of jumbos in 4 FOW.......ended up with 40 for a 2 day total......no eyes for me, but wasn't targeting them........perch were in really nice shape......big perch fry last weekend....all is good

 Also out today, nice wind for drifting. Like Ole timer, found them in skinny water, mixed shorts and keepers. Still no sheeps? Got some sun today! Back at the launch watched a small sail boat load on trailer, with mast still up, drive into a power line and knock the boat off the trailer and onto the pavement, clean off!. Help was quick, everyone in the area joined in and lifted it back onto their trailer. The power line faired well, not so sure about the boat. Felt a little sorry for the girlfriend driver, hope she gets back out sailing again. You just never know what you might see at the boat launches!

Boat launches are like comedy central.   Unless the buffoon providing the comedy is in your way keeping you from launching so you can get out and fish.
