Thanks guys! Working hard to stimulate the economy. It's a catch 22 though, less time to fish now.

Got out with the boys last night not much of a drift and it was pretty hot
We hopped all around and young deadeyz got his limit plus he caught a nice sheep which got him really excited , for being 12 I'm really impressed with how quick he is picking it up

Nice fishing guys.  Are the new model year Lunds you guys have using any plywood in the transoms or going all aluminum?  I'm out of commission for a while with my 2007 Lund Pro series that has to have the plywood replaced in the transom after only 10 years due to rotting :-\  Dealer is thinking about 5 weeks to get the wood and do the job.

My 2015 doesn't have any plywood in the transom but the deck is still plywood. I would think they would go away from that too and believe they have in some of their higher end boats.

And nice job Freddy and crew. I bet little Deadeyez has already caught more walleyes on bucktails than I have in my life. Awesome!

Thanks guys! Little bobby has been having a blast last couple days! We ended up all getting our limits. Had to work a little harder than the night before. Was real slow going until the sun started to set then things picked up a bit.
Nice job findin em

OK thanks for the reply.  2007 was the model year Lund "supposedly" started using the right plywood in their transoms to eliminate the rotting problem that was so common to earlier years but it didn't help in all cases but at least they have a lifetime warranty starting with 2007 models so that part is good for me.  Love the boat but my next boat will have an all aluminum transom.

It blows my mind how this lake changes from year to year. Everything is working right now it seems. Let's see how long that lasts.

I am still finding empty walleye stomachs though. I swear I had an eye spitting up shrimp this weekend and it was shallow. The bass seem to be spitting up shad.

The mrs and I got out this morning for some trolling from 10:00-1:30 , had 3 doubles and a triple , spoons and cranks
Landed 7 keeper size , several just short , along with three perch that I dearly would like to catch this winter
Surface temp was 81.6 , I've yet to find anything in their bellies
