It blows my mind how this lake changes from year to year. Everything is working right now it seems. Let's see how long that lasts.

I am still finding empty walleye stomachs though. I swear I had an eye spitting up shrimp this weekend and it was shallow. The bass seem to be spitting up shad.
It crazy Bruce! We have had bass spitting up shad and all the eyes have had empty stomachs so far.
Nice job findin em

Same report here on the empty stomach eye's, but they all seem to have some shoulders to them. And some stronger hits than I remember. No complaints.
Nice fish Mrs. F&R!  8)

Good stuff, Mr. and Mrs. Filet.

I finally got my first keeper walleye on a spoon on Sunday. Almost gave up on them then changed to one that got bit 3 times in about a half an hour. Guess I've just been using the wrong ones all along.

Good reports everyone.  I have not posted much in a while.  I snuck out last night and trolled up a few.  Ended with 3 keepers, 4 shorts and dropped 2.  Mine have all been empty as well.

Well done Bill.  :thumbup_smilie:

Won't be long before we're chasing deer.
