Been there Scout :cursing: :cursing: :cursing:. A 3/8 ounce jig will fix the problem every time .   Sully...
the funny thing is, him and his buddy waved as they went by like it was no big deal......I waved back of course :whistling:.........launching was another funny story.......pulled up the south shore launch and there were 2 vehicles prepping for launch.......as I can have my boat in the water in about 2 minutes I scooted around them and backed in.....not to mention it is a 4 bay launch......a couple of guys off to the side gave me some crap about waiting my turn............I politely told him to bite me and went about my business......by the time the first vehicle in line was ready to launch I was 200 yds off shore........crap never ceases to amaze me.....PS---fresh eye's for dinner  ;D

I’m not putting my boat in for a while , I’ll cast from shore for now , when the easy bite is over , the boat traffic will ease up some

have gotten 2.5" 3.0" of rain in cicero over the last 3 days........would really start using caution on the lake for debris and wake issues.......I would think some warnings will be forthcoming.....this is just down right insane

Great meat Fred.  Nice work.

Have had similar interactions at one of the boat launches for Ontario.  Lance and I went around a dude taking his time and by the time he was yelling at me I was pulling away to park.  I like those guys.  Its nice to practice some shaming once and a while.

It finally stopped raining so I gave it a shot
Water sure was much higher compared to Sunday , I saw planks had washed up so you boaters keep an eye out
