Looking for a little help... It is a tradition in my family to fish the canal and fish creek on the opener for my family.  We had a lot of rain in Rochester yesterday.  Can anyone tell me if the canal or creek are running clear or muddy?
Please and thank you
I would be happy to tie some custom harnesses for some good info.

I have been looking at the Fish Creek water level. It is raising at the moment, but I am hopeful it will crest before midnight and begin to drop.  The site I monitor has it at about 10.5 feet and still going up.  I would expect it to be a little muddy right now, but it will likely get cleared. I checked years past, like 2017 when it was around 13.5 feet on the opener. I caught fish that year although it was a bit slow.

Fish creek and the Canal will be fishable for the opener in my opinion.
