Bounced around last night out of the South Shore launch and managed to find 3 dumb ones! All of our keepers came on tipped bucktails. We caught quite a few shorts on worm harnesses. I also had a few short his and lost a couple on jigging raps.

Dad finally connected with a couple keepers this morning, (I got skunked) so all in all it was a successful venture. I appreciate the advice form everyone. It really did help us out. I plan to keep after em, so hopefully I can get em dialed in before too long.

Solo trip last night went well. Managed 3 legal walleyes and 3 jumbos with a couple shorts mixed in. Caught everything on 1/4 oz bucktails in 22-28 fow. No tournament winners, but they'll be great for dinner tonight.

Got out last week for the first time this season in the boat. Did plenty of shore fishing early in the season and did well. Caught 6 eyes in 11-14 feet of water and a couple big sunnies. All on hairjigs. All 3 eyes over 20”

It looks like the band is back together. I think I am going to take the kids out and run circles around their boat and heckle them.  ;D

Lol yes the band got back together. Saw you do a drive by when we were getting ready to head out. Was a good maiden voyage. Weather was great and we boated around 35 keeper eyes with some decent perch mixed in. Thought we saw your boat down a bit from us Bruce.

Nice job findin em
