Good job. Cayuga has been a hit or miss deal the past two weeks from what I have heard. Glad you hit them.
Even though I’m 15 min from IBay, I just don’t like it there that much.  Maybe I’m spoiled, but Cayuga is the better option.

That's the same thing I heard to about it being hit or miss. I fish irondequoit alot because it's closer but I'd take cayuga any over irondequoit. Love the fact that people have more common courtsey at cayuga and all the finger lakes than irondequoit. I was at ibay Christmas eve and Christmas real hit and miss there to lots of small pods of fish they seemed to be deeper there. Ibay had to be 20 to 55 ft deep cayuga only 10 to 15 feet. Would love to hit oneida still for walleye and perch maybe if we ever yet a ice season lol

Stratos. Where did you launch the other day on Cayuga. The last time I was there was mid November and I launched At union springs.  I could hardly get in and out of the boat from the dock.
If you are in the buffalo area, I heard fishing around the docks  in the small boat harbor is good this time of year.  Just don’t walk out on them. You will need to use a boat.

I know they have big crappie, never heard of many walleyes caught in the lake, Cayuga.
The canal can have a few walleyes in it though.

Any guesses on when Oneida will lock up?
Could be soon based on this weeks forecasted temps.
