I used a 6 weight, could of used the 3 though...the ice had JUST come off like 2 days before we went down....very sluggish fish.  Once they get focused on feeding again then they will be real fun to catch, my buddy who was down there in summer pulled up the anchor 8 times in one day to chase fish around the lake  :D
haha those REAL good pics are taken by a buddy..
he spent around 4 grand on that camera+that lens he was using...hes got a bag full of different lenses for different shots
(too much money for me ;D)

yeah man...they sure as hell didnt look like the run of the mill digi pics most of use have... ;D
