My first attempt at gluten free fish fry. Wouldn’t know the difference

Cousin is visiting and she has celiac disease, so no wheat, rye, barley, oats. Had to use rice based flour, corn starch and gluten feee beer for the batter.

Gotcha! Never tried rice flour. Can’t be to awful bad. Almost always use some corn starch in my breading and batters. The beer I’ll drink.

Beer was a step below Genny Cream Ale in my opinion...

I was the only kid in high school who didn’t sneak beer from his dad. That was my dad’s go to back in the day. Even as a kid it was terrible
