I still remember the tornado outbreak of 1974. Was coming home on a late-bus from track and saw lightning in all four directions. Trailer court we just stopped at to drop a kid off was wiped out a few minutes later. Bus driver later said he saw a bale of hay blowing around up above like a piece or paper. 26 tornados touched down that day in my state.

The wife has appointment tomorrow, but if large hail and tornadoes are still imminent the car stays in the garage and she stays home.
