Any info available on the Onieda shores launch ?  I know something was under construction there.  Is it reopened or will it be soon ?
It said January to Spring…I haven’t been by there so I don’t know how close they are to being done. I know they were replacing the concrete launch pad.

Still blocked off as of yesterday.  I would imagine they have a may 1 target date. Most of the equipment is gone.

Yes, this has been in the works for many years. It sounds like it will be completed this year.

I talked to someone at Oneida shores park today and was told there is a chance the launch may not open this year.work needed to be completed by march 15 and was not.

was it really that bad that it can't be used ?   It's been a couple years since I was there but I can't recall any issues

The concrete work seems to be complete.there is still a pile of steel on the ground for maybe break wall mods, but no docks in and was told could not be installed

Anyone gonna be on lake Sunday for opener? Me and wife were supposed to go to Ohio but weather not gonna be good,wind !!! We'll be up fish creek into canal at Sylvan to start

Reminder - The 77th OLA Annual Meeting is tonight at Millard Hawk Primary in Central Square. Doors open at 6:00PM.

There will be some news regarding the Scriba Creek issue and Law Enforcement. We will have the usual Hatchery update, a Cornell update, and 4 speakers from the DEC on various topics.

Masks are optional and social distancing is encouraged, especially in the auditorium.

It will also be streaming live on YouTube.
