Title: Raquettedacker's Pictures 2015...
Post by: Raquettedacker on Apr 04, 2015, 07:54 PM: I usually start my open water thread with smelt and trout but i was busy in Jamaica YA MON catching these yellow snapper and a couple other fish I wasn't sure of.. Brought a bass rod, some jigs and a stick bait... White mister twister jig was the best... The pelicans keep diving for my stick bait...

Here is one of the many Conch Snails still alive in the shell that my son and I found snorkeling . The locals sell that size shell for 6 American dollars...

Thanks.. It was great.. I thought I would be bored so I had to bring a fish pole... ;D
Got tired going through costums and being asked what it was in the rod holder and being X rayed many times....

I got yelled at by security for fishing off the dock, but if I was in the water I was good.. Wast deep in a bathing suit.. That's why there are not more fish pictures..
Also caught needle fish, squirrel fish and a 16" barracuda.... ;D ;D

All is good.. No problem...

Love the fish pics, and must have been really cool snorkeling there.

I had a great time and was able to catch 6 different spices of fish all on the same crank bait... ;D ;D Large mouth, small mouth, walleye, rock bass. perch and pickerel.. ;D Plus Dean caught a northern.. So that's 7 different fish in one trip.. That's why I love fishing the canal cus you never know what you will get... ;D ;D

Its hard to see but this bass I caught had a 5" crayfish in its throat . It was actually crawling back out...

Thanks bud.. No there were a lot of perch and more walleyes..
My old fishing camera took a dump and I'm not that good with the phone..So not as many pictures as I usually post.. I don't even like taking my phone out on the boat.. Saw a few go in the drink.. ::)

Its just hard for me to take care of her at her size...
We adopted her(12 years or so ago) from a girl who didn't/couldn't take the best care of her...
They have a very specific diet.. And shes a Sulcata or Spurred Legged tortoise.. Same thing.. ;D
