Love the sliders too. Avocado glitter and the smoke glitter my go to on one lake, Owasco they like brighter colors like the gold w orange tail and Oneida they like the plum colors Double drop shot here too and I’ll use these deep for lakers too with 1-2 ounce weights
Frankie. I do not know anything about Chautauqua but as far as Honeoye goes, you will find a few gills but the crappies and perch are tough this time of year. The gill bite really won’t be that good there until mid May. I don’t know where you are located, but there are other options in the fingerlakes that are better.
Hit lake Friday. Few decent lakers. Water is 48 and perch are spawning very actively in 20’ or less. Saw too many to count and managed 30 but not easy and lots of moving. Had a fur ball visit the back door too.
46* partly cloudy and calm. Some good thunderstorms rolled through between 2:30 and 3:30 this morning. Power went off long enough to screw up the clocks.. Wish I had my rain gauge out..
