My friend with a decent bass....


And a decent one for myself....


I think we ended up with 8 bass but we took home about 20 crappies and and 12 "HUGE" (10"+) red ears!

I couldn't help myself when I saw the crappies and red ears roaming the shallows.  It was game on!!  Today we saw a bunch of crappies on beds.   I was going through crappie withdraw after doing so good through the ice.  And the bass are on beds too!!  Today wasn't so good but the red ears are getting ready for the spawn!

Here was a couple from today (Sunday)......

My wife's first ever crappie.......


And a nice bass that she caught.....


The wives decided they wanted to spend the day out on the lake with us!  We had a great day but once again I got FRIED again!!
