Went to the mountains this past weekend and fished the east branch of the clarion river. Got 14 trout total in two days of fishing and lost about half that amount. Minnies and one small split shot. The average size was probably about 10 inches or so, but i did get a brookie around 15 inch. The artifical lures only area didn't produce anything for me. There were actually alot of people fishing that stretch! In case some of you aren't familiar with this area, it is in the village of Glenn Hazel, about 10 miles from St. Marys and about 8 or 9 miles from Johnsonburg.
