Well guys I figured this type of thread got alot of use on the Iceshanty.com site, so why not do it here also.  we will sort of have or own little world here just like on the shanty.

good idea dave ,  i hope that people post on here like they do shanty.  i know that last year, i posted early season on here, and then came to the conclusion that i was the only one mostly posting.  if no one else does on here, maybe us lycoming guys can keep things up to date.

dave, would like to hook up and do some walleye or bass fishing this spring.

i cant believe that lake jean is i all open already.    cant warm for the 60 degree's to come back.

I've heard some good things about the walleye bites on the rivers, but we need rain for it to be red hot.  The Susky and Potomac seem to have the same timing on their runs to the dams.  Big fish time!

Yea that's me Fat Boy, and do I have the itch to get out. The way the wind is blowing you would think that it was ice fishing season. I'm waiting for RV to get over his beauty rest and call me so we can go check a few spots.

Dang wind!   30 mph last weekend when I went eye fishin'.  Gotta use cannon balldown riggers from the bank to feel anything when you're jigging .  Man, I hate it worse when the wind blows up river   But if they are biting then I guess it doesn't matter cuz I'm all smiles and curse the wind anyway!!!  No walleyes last weekend but did catch a few largemouth trying for walleyes!

hey trout master, how about that great selection of lures at gander?   YEA RIGHT,,,WHAT A JOKE.    a tree in the river has more of a selection then gander does.

I agree BB, that place is going down the tubes. Maybe by the fall they will be all stocked up. I think I'm going to order that senko kit from cabelas.
