Crazy regulations
NH and NOAA April 15 opens Haddock  15 fish daily  17" minimum

MA no close season Haddock  12 Fish daily 17" minimum
MA no closed season Cod 1 fish daily 19" Minimum  (Cod Migratory areas excluded check coordinates and dates)

In MA (up to 3 miles out) 1 cod again, 19"...

I think its only 12 had, dick and no cod 3 miles out

Your right it is 12. There are sights that are saying 15 but the Ma regs. it says 12.
All regs. in any state beyond 3 miles out fall under NOAA Regs.
