Thought I would share this in case someone has to pull a hook out.
I went out to Jeffery's Saturday with a friend of mine for some haddock, we started getting low on bait so my buddy decided to hook up a sabiki rig for some macks and just as he was getting ready to send it down the 20oz. Sinker slipped out of his hand and he ended up with one of those hooks burried in his finger.
A few months ago I took a first aid course put on by a guide and he taught us to this trick for removing a fish hook,
https://youtu.be/pjCEzjj-ztEI have to say I can't believe how easy and painless, the hook came out.
The trick is to count to 3 but pull it fast and hard on 1-1/2.
