New wheels... and trouble already
« on: Aug 24, 2006, 11:47 AM »
I picked up my new truck last night.  '06 Chevy Colorado Z71 with 9000 miles.  I've been looking for months for a lightly used mid-sized truck.  I'm not really brand loyal -- just wanted a mid-size with a few grand knocked off the sticker and this one was an absolute steal!  I'm very happy except...

... it's currently sitting out in the parking lot where it just finished hailing like a... well, hailing VERY hard.  I'm afraid to go look.

Yep!! I usually don't wish for hail until I've got the vehicle beat up already.  ;D :rotflol:

Lucas, lets see a pic of the new toy!

Yes.  It was fine an hour ago, but if you check your radar you'll see that we're in the midst of another severe beating that doesn't look to be over anytime soon.  I've heard reports of golf-ball sized hail and funnel clouds on the radio.  :cursing: :cursing:

I'm glad too.  I'd be out in the deluge trying to hang it over the truck somehow!  ;) ;D

I know.  It would be quite the catastrophe.  The pic would be passed around for years in those drunken redneck emails.

Not my party, but unfortunately we did drink it.  Not until we turned 21 of course.

Our go to crap beers back in the day were Olympia, Pig's Eye, Grain Belt, Old Mil, and Icehouse.

You?
