Is that what’s in season? I’m driving down tomorrow night for 5 days. Thought about fishing but the family had vetoed that so far

Just had 5 does and fawns cross behind my house this morning. They seemed pretty nervous, at this point they've been harassed pretty hard. Good to see some seed left after months of hunting pressure. To those still going out for the new extended season good luck! For me it's time to switch gears and pull out the ice fishing gear.

Saw two does and a yearling yesterday evening when I took the garbage can out to the road.
Usually they just let me walk by.
Not these poor girls….

Had a doe and fawn behind the house this am. Have had does, fawns and small bucks in front of my camera all week.
Would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Dave we need to fish together this year.

Sounds good Ken! I'll be in my usual spot soon, I hope. Mirabito says it's skimmed over.
Enjoy the Holidays everyone...

Did you mean Mt. Morris? Fishing the bridge? If I didn't have so darn much to do today, I'd join you. Good luck.

Too bad that hole in front of the island filled in. I've had several 5 cast limits there years ago.
