    That d**n pie was a struggle but I taught that pie a lesson 😜 along with a tall glass of milk

"Smell-a-puter" interesting idea! There could be a downside though.........

Simple dinner Friday.
Grilled ham and Swiss on rye with spicy brown mustard.



A couple cold beers, a few chips.......nice Friday night simple meal.

I'd put up a pic of the lemon meringue, but I don't want Fred to vapor lock.

Tried my first cast iron skillet pizza for dinner.
Got the dough all patted out, ( store bought)

Preheated the skillet on the stovetop with a good splash of olive oil. Dropped the dough in the skillet and baked it at 500 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Topped it with sauce, sausage, peppers, mushrooms ( all pre cooked), pepperoni and mozzarella. Popped it back in the oven at 500 for about 15 minutes.


Best pizza I've made yet. Next I'll work on my own  dough and sauce. The store bought is a bit sweet for my taste.

Lasagna for dinner.....garlic parm toast, hearts of lettuce salad and a nice bottle of Chianti.



Try the skillet pizza Ed. It's a keeper.

Thanks Bob....Half the bottle went in to the pan while cooking..  The rest went into us....
