 the channel between pine and stone lakes in laporte In. will close Monday June  20th till June 24th. if you want to fish pine lake. the boat launch on stone will stay open for all you stonner fishermen. you will have to use Hubers launch on pine lake which is a pay launch and has limited parking. If there is no space to park at hubers . fisher folks can launch at hubers and park at kasst bait on small rd at no charge. They will be dredging the channel ....Yippie

Great. More jagoffs can launch at stone. My boat floats in a puddle.

Never had trouble with my small boat or kayak making it through. A couple of weeks ago we were following a very large pontoon boat through - I did not think he was going to make it.

I would assume they do not do this very often?
