Title: Downrigger mounting help?

I have a manual Riviera downrigger, but do not have a base for it.  Does anyone know where I could find a base, preferably one that swivels?  Do they make a universal base that will fit a Riviera?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  I used to own 2 rivieras, I think I may have a mounting base in my garage somewhere. I'll let you know.
