My Bride is having leftover scalloped potatoes and ham...I’m having a venison blackstrap sandwich with some nice fried onions.

Might do some air fried French fries.

Frozen pizzas have really come a long way!!

Not like pizza parlor or home made, but way better than 15+ yrs ago for sure.

I trimmed and sliced 15# of beef and venison for jerky today. It will marinate for a day and a half or so, then into the dehydrator. It will be vacuum packed and sent to my son in Kawait. My wife will be making cookies to send also. Gotta take care of our troops overseas .  :flag: :flag: :flag:
