What is the world record burbot???

24lb 12oz in Alaska. Manitoba would lay claim to the world record burbot but they are beat out by Alaska by over 2lbs. I've heard there are bigger here in BC but no one cares about burbot records here :'(
I have caught 2 over 17 lbs a few springs ago and they were both over 40 inches.

Stop yur belly aching Terry! :D :D Get out and set that record! You know those Athabascans on the Yukon have been eating fish over 20 lbs. for centuries now. Records? They could care less... :'(

We don't need no stinkin records. Manitoba only records length for the records, haven't been weighing for several years.
