Actually, I always loved ice fishing.
I've stated this numerous times over the years.
However, I much prefer soft water fishing.
And the colder temps, especially standing on the ice, plays havoc with my neuropathy and is very painful.
As time passed, the pain would linger for a couple/few days after ice fishing.
