Lake McConaughy info please

I have never been to that lake but am debating on going next weekend. Anybody got some info on it? Will my 18' deep V boat w/140 Johnson be ok on it? Should I troll or jig or throw cranks? I appreciate any info and anything I need to watch out for because I've never been to that lake
