West Hill, open for boats?

Hoping to find out if the ice is gone before heading up there tomorrow.  ANY information helpful...

TT:
There was ice at the launch at noon today. A good 75 yards or so. Even if it melts there is 6" or more frozen snow in the whole launch area and parking lots. Also 1.5-2' frozen windrows of snow. Was never plowed.
