UFC on Spike Thursday

While my home team (Red Sox) lick their wounds and take the night off thursday I am going to turn the channel over to Spike TV and watch Ultimate Fight Night and the premier of the Ultimate Fighter Season 4.  By the way I am going with Diego sanchez by vicious ground and pound and Dean Lister round 1 by triangle choke over Yuki Sasaki.   Anyone else got any thoughts?

All I saw was the final round in the main event, but omg Sanchez had a great round. Very relentless and impressive. His conditioning is incredible. great fight.
