I'm guessing by the lack of land in that picture, that's not Sebago.
I'm going to try it on Sebago this weekend, I've heard they're way more effective with a night crawler hooked on them.

an old friend fished Sebago a lot an all he used was a night crawler on a tandem hook rig and he caught all kinds of salmon every trip.

We’ve used them in Lake Ontario and drifting steelhead in the salmon river
I think around 1980 give or take a bit
