Looks like today's gonna be a washout. Started raining a few minutes ago. Good for the gardens .......bad for fishing.  >:(

I was told the two best times to go fishing, when it is raining and when it ain't. Being retired I tend to lean towards the better days.  ;D

I sure wish I got my corn it before this bout of rain...

Well, at least the little wood shop is dry. My neighbor asked me to build him a garden gate. Good project for today.

Took my John boat out with neighbor this morning got wet and cold but caught a bunch of bass crappie and gills

Sun finally coming out.  But just left the lake and its super windy and rough.  Been blowing good for the last couple of days.  Water looks murky. Better days coming.  Should have stirred em up a bit.

Couldn't stand it any more...fished in the wind and misty rains this morning. Managed a few perch, bass, Rockies, gills and a couple nice cats. Not too bad given the conditions.

Boat ran great but got pretty wet. So I guess it'll have to sit out till it dries. Don't want to cover it up wet.
