Lots of great looking stuff going on here gentlemen... fresh grape jelly sounds great, made some plum preserves last weekend from my little tree out back.

My cayenne and habanero plants have been dropping peppers like mad since we've been getting cooler nights so its 5 alarm chili on the menu today along with some cheddar corn bread from scratch...

Got a pot of chili on the stove right now. My Bride says it’s spicy so it must be good. She’s a good sport about food that makes your nose run and eyes water.

Gotta get a loaf of bread started. Fresh bread and chili.....MMMmmmmm!

Chili was really good for this day. Bread was normal.....great!

Time for a campfire and bourbon soaked marshmallows. Love this time of year.

Wow everything looks great!
Was thinking Chili with the cooler temps, but looks to be warming pretty good this weekend, so I think a final spiedie’s on the grill is in order for Sunday.
I forgot to post but made these stuffed poblanos the other night! Had extra stuffing so snuck a red bell in too!

Thanks!
Here’s how I made them if anyone has any extra peppers and looking for a nice app.
Slice peppers in half and remove seeds and membrane.
Grease a sheet pan and bake pepper halves at 350 for about 15 minutes. Just want to soften the peppers. Let cool.
Soften 8 oz cream cheese
Mix equal parts shredded mozzarella, monterary jack, and sharp cheddar cheese.
Fresh pico de galo as much as you see fit. Could also use fresh salsa.
DinoBBQ Cajun foreplay. I just put the amount I thought would be good.
Minced garlic
Ground pepper.
Mix everything together and stuff in peppers.
I cooked on parchment paper in the Weber and smoked them for about an hour on the cold side of the grill. They were golden brown and like molten lava.
Garnished with some cilantro and fresh squeezed lime!
