The dropper combination of a foam spider and hares ear is the ultimate sunfish killer. Sunfish will also take nymphs just off the bottom. Some times they're deep dwellers ;D

wooly  buggers   and  wooly  worms  are  both  great   generic   fly  patters  buggers   are  anythiny   from  a  bait  fish  to a  cray  fish  and  that  olive   color  i'd   fish  them  deep  where  theres  gobies

I got to the stream to do some "testing" and a huge thunder storm with a bunch of lightening chased me back home. Hopefully I'll get back early enough today to take another stab at it.

RG   your   weighting   those????   thinking  a   trip   to  pulaski   to  get  some  materials  .... maybe  bass  pro   sometime  this week  ...i  been  asking  the  better half   to  raise  mt  dept  ceiling .....she   tells  me  to live  within  my  means ....wouldn't  it  be  nice  if  the  government  did  that???? ;D

rg  what  gander  do  you  go  too  the  one  in  cicero  has  a  bad  flyfishing  section!  ...

i  did   some  buggers   up  with  eyes   ,  not  sure  if  it  helps catch  fish   but  it  sure   makes  me  feel  good :laugh:

All seasons Sports in Pulaski has a great selection/variety of all flytying materials for all of us flynuts!!!! That is Jr's second home now!! ;) Hey Trap....I was kidding about the hackle/air gauge bro!! :w00t:--KP 8)
