Grub tails

I fish in clear water of depths up to 9 feet in a small river with swift current. What color grub would you fish in that situation? I currently have only black with no success.

chartreuse white or orange.first 2 always work well

My ''go to'' would be Smoke / silver fleck ... mimics a small bait fish.

My go to tail is peanut butter and jelly......
chartreuse head.

Prchmike:
In clear water use natural colors like silver. White also work when it's clear.
