Yeah i got lucky on that one, dad left his gun with me so he could use the pine tree toilet lol guy about 200 yards down the hill missed her. She ran right to me about 15 yards away and stopped looking back down the hill. Dad said he was glad his pants were already down lol :o :(

my dad hated guns ,after the service he wanted nothing to do with one ,yet when I was 12  he took me to get my license and he got one two ,then he would sit with me while I hunted .....as a kid I didn't understand my dad suffered from PTSD and was wounded ....I never realized how much he was doing for me.....yup pops are  a very special bunch  with there boys  ..... I never realized till I got older  pop  ...thank you  ole man ^5 .............hearing about dads taking their kids hunting warms my heart ......or moms too  :thumbup_smilie:

Sat out in the back yrd for a little bit coaching the little guy on his shooting hes doing good at 20yrds working on his form and grouping

He has his heart his first deer is a buck..he has good form also

I cant do nothing much with him rite now but i can teach him to be a good shot and have good form and most important saftey.need my exercise from recliner to back yrd under shade tree.u never mind aboit the little ones trap lol.hes really deadly with my crossbow

A lot of accidents have happened with that philosophy.

the philosophy behind the saying is  it doesn't matter if it's a buck or a doe  a deer is a deer and all are  worth harvesting ...it has nothing to do with not identify your target  nor whats  behind it ....... knowing little  guy  and knowing dan  i am 100% convinced  he'll be a safe  and ethical hunter.....
