Jupiter area fishing?

I'm going to visit my uncle in Jupiter last week in December and plan on bringing down my fishing gear for the week.  I've never fished out of New England (i live on MA) and would love to get some nice FL fish!  Any tips or locations i should try??  Thanks!!
