Caught 20 nice gills largest was 9 3/4 nothing smaller than 8. Males are milking water temp was 56. It was very cold this am. Caught 4 bass that weren't kept largest was 18 3/4. All in all it was a good day, the gills were larger than last time. About 25 boats out. I WILL BE BACK

I got mine. Found some shrooms on the way home. Found about as many dried up.

It's been a good spring for shrooms. Might get out one more time looking then back to fishing.

Just wondering if the slough has its typical Memorial weekend mad house. Bet the camp ground if full. A long time ago this was a must on this weekend. Bet I camped there at least 5 years straight, in late 70's. Always had a blast, and caught plenty of fish.  I will be there in the am tomorrow.

You must not get out much. I get checked by c.o. all the time there. On the ice and in boats.

I believe that is who checked me yesterday. Pretty sneaky in the kayak. He didn't ask to look in the livewell though. I figured with the special regulations on bass and panfish that would be something they look for.
