A friend in Massachusetts just said this on Facebook when I asked him if he felt the earthquake:

Oh yeah I felt it. Tell you the truth I thought I was having some kind of seizure.

Felt it in Utica while at work. I was sitting at my desk when it happened. Kinda felt like if you’re in a parking garage and the cars moving makes the structure bounce a little. Was just enough to make you realize what it was and a cool experience.

My wife was home in Mohawk said it was more noticeable. Loud noise, windows rattling, tv shook etc.

Im about an hour and a half from where it hit. My house shook good enough you could hear it shaking.  Startled me pretty good while I was in a meeting.

My house creaked and I felt it. I live 200 miles away. I was on the phone with a co-worker when it hit. He is about the same distance away and he never felt it even when I pointed it out.

I felt it in my machine shop. Didn't have any machines fired up at the time. Benches started rocking, and it almost tipped a magnifier stand over!
