Lots of rain up north and the Wabash is on a big time rise.  Yesterday they were holding Missy back.  The water was very muddy but fishable below the dam and the lake was really rising.  Some remnant rotten ice on the south shore up from the dam.  Caught fish, but nothing to get excited about.  My biggest thrill was a tail hooked naturalized carp that felt like walleyezilla for a few minutes.
I went mainly because it was over 70 deg in Peru.  Seen 1 dead skonk on the road.  It's time...

fish on,

What's a naturalized carp?
