Moore Reservoir small mouth are again near shore . If I use oversized swim baits I can hook both bass and pike in late fall. But this week I've found that nothing seems to work with 40 degree temps , 20 mile an hour winds and 2 foot waves. I think I might have to go back to using a big bobber and extra large shiners while I sit warm in the pickup.
