Hate to say it Trapp, but it won't open. It was sold to a big housing company. They want to put a lot of expensive apartments there just like Maple bay, and Coopers. If they get there tax 6 mil tax break it will happen. Town of Cicero is fighting it hard. So we will soon see.   Sully...

 Another housing project a couple years back took a really nice eye casting spot away from me , but when your offered bu ku bucks I understand , I was actually glad for the older couple as taxes were killing them

With the gates closed it doesn’t take much rain for it to come up quick.
