Small soft shells.
Donna found these shells that are mega low carb, but really tasty.
We use almost any fish and I either do it on the grill outside with lime and S&P, or sauté it in olive oil and butter in a pan with lime and S&P.
Occasionally, I will use bacon drippings instead of the olive oil and butter for added flavor.
We use a prepackaged coleslaw mix on ours.
A shredded EXTRA SHARP cheddar.
Donna likes a little garlic aioli while I use some Franks and a little Hellman's cilantro lime sauce.
