went out for the evening for bows landed 11 got a few good ones. water is quite cold now. seemed to turn em on more so than the warmer water we encountered last weekend.

hit up my favorite rainbow lake again on friday landed 20 between the 2 of us all 1.75 lbs and up broke 3 off, had 8 get off after getting hooked. went for pike sat afternoon was slow but got one good one a 37"er. heres the pics.

my buddy said he needed a break so he'd didn't fish for pike with us on saturday, said his arm was sore.

got out for a few hours this evening landed 7 more a couple good ones to the bottom one was an acrobat jumped probably close to a dozen times , the bite was slower with the weather all over the place but two fish made it worth going out.

Sweet pics as usual!! Some real HOGS!! Looks like it's getting cold up there. Are you guys casting flies or trolling with a fly rod?

mostly trolling but catch quite a few casting as well, usually to rising fish. been very warm for this time of year but ice is prbably only 5-6 weeks away. here's todays biggest
