Thank you 44 Degrees North. I was honorably discharged in 1968. This weekend I traveled to Maine to enjoy some time with my Daughter and Granddaughter. I even got out to do some fishing with my Son in Law.  Today we honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice.   It is also a day to let veterans know how fortunate and grateful we are for there service.
Your post is a fine example of that.

No fishing today for this vet. I plan on making up for lost time by spending the rest of the week at Rangeley.

Thanks to all my fellow vets and to all those who take the time and make the effort to support them all year long. Took a long MC ride with the wife today. Will be fishing tomorrow:)
