Wipers
« on: Jul 11, 2017, 04:35 PM »
My son and wife have been hitting the wipers at Wooster Lake (Potato Creek State Park). They went out on Sunday and did not get a keeper. Sounds bad but they put their own size limit at 5 pounds. Both caught fish using topwater Pop-Rs. Wife had a blast using my gear. (Where was I? Nearby - working! Three 12 hr shifts for the weekend.) Been hearing reports of using very small crappie crankbaits trolled slowly in the morning and evenings for crappie. Size is around 10 inches  average. Bluegills are being caught just I cannot get anyone to confess where and on what.
