Trapper your to funny..you said salmon taste like crappie if you cook them right...I had to to pry my eggs out of his hands he was gonna go home and have steak and salmon eggs for breakfast...trapper is a good net guy to have around......that's how he gets his fish.....

I usually smoke 2 salmon .the rest go to work with and them guys I work with there wives make salmon patties believe it or not there really good but the Vietnamese ppl can make anything taste good pretty much..they grind it put in shrimp and seasoning peppers onions a little bit of something for a spice..pan fry it ..all cooked for me and everything...they bring in lots a good food every other day
