I often use the rubber bass jig skirt material for legs on nymphs.  I also found some 'micro' sized rubber legging material for those wee little sizes too.  Fly Tyers Dungeon carries them.

Yes I like to use their back material for wing cases.  EZ. and fast to tie in. I also use their micro legs for tails.  Lots of action. Geo.
